Reliable Canadian Citizenship Services:
According to the Canadian Citizenship Act, an individual is considered a Canadian citizen if he/she:
- Were born anywhere in Canada after February 15th, 1977.
- Acquired citizenship based on the citizenship of one’s parents.
- Were born abroad after February 14th, 1977, and at least one of your biological parents was a Canadian born citizen at the time of your birth - and lived in Canada at any time before your birth.
You are eligible for Canadian citizenship if:
