You will assist in all steps of the litigation process, including trials. You will also carry your own files – with supervision.

Requirements:

• L1 License
• Highly motivated with Positive attitude
• Well organized
• Excellent client care and personal administration skills,
• Ability to take and handle own file
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Technically savvy and embrace new technologies
• Live in Toronto or surrounding.
• Driver’s License and access to a car, to attend courts etc.
• Willing to learn and open for your professional development
• Willing to attend court, settlement conferences and trials etc.

Responsibilities:

Drafting pleadings, attending court appearances, case management, legal research.

• Focus on Small Claims Court, Landlord Tenant, or Provincial Offences Act.
