Sarbhjeet Kaur​

Sarbhjeet’s practice focuses on both criminal and civil trials. She is a passionate advocate dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. Recognizing the stress and uncertainty that can accompany legal challenges, particularly criminal charges, she is committed to guiding her clients through every stage of the legal process with both compassion and clarity.

Prior to joining Orcus Law LLP, Sarbhjeet completed her articles at a litigation-focused firm in Hamilton, where she gained practical experience in both criminal and civil litigation within the Canadian legal system. This experience has equipped her with the ability to offer well-considered, practical, and tailored solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Before relocating to Canada, Sarbhjeet practiced as a criminal defense attorney at the Court of Appeal in Chandigarh, India. During her five years of practice, she had the opportunity to present arguments in complex indictable matters, including cases involving murder, kidnapping, sexual assault, dowry death, and narcotics offenses.

Sarbhjeet holds a law degree from Himachal Pradesh University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Having been raised in a multilingual environment, she is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, which enables her to effectively connect with and serve a diverse clientele.
